After further investigations, we found out that the duplicate entry GenID is linked to a mice group named CRC0004IMX0A.2020-01-31.0 with the id_group 1563. In this group is one mouse registered as implanted (barcode 0E03001B461) but the group is not visible for users from TRACE WG only for administrator.
The hypothesis is that the implant record about a mouse with barcode 0E03001B461 was saved unproperly and LAS system tries to assign the same GenId to the newly implanted mouse.
Felicia Vervloesem felicia.vervloesem@kuleuven.be St 16.12.2020 11:46 Hello Zdenka,
The user who made this group was me, using Dorien’s account (because I had an issue with my own account at this time). I do sometimes have this issue.
This entire group was lost to an issue and was not explanted so it can be deleted if that solves the issue.
Regards,
Felicia

Hi again, Felicia,
we have removed the problematic data hopefully. Can you try the mouse implant but one mouse by another, please?
Good luck!
Zdenka

Hey Zdenka,
This seems to have worked! I was able to register the implant.
Kind regards,
Felicia
