Create endpoint to process exported training instance

• endpoint - process uploaded .zip file containing exported training instance data
• save processed instance data to cache
• compute suitable tasks for every trainee in uploaded instance from their performance stored in cached using the adaptive smart assistant
• endpoint - generate sankey from changed modified training definition
• refactor code according to review
• cache parsed data using Spring
• clear cache periodically
