Updated README.md for latest deployment to nexus before end of KYPO2

Bugfix:
  - authorization error to access users by id for every user with GUEST role

Bugfix for returning only distinct users:
  - return all users, not in a group
  - return all users in a group

Bugfixes:
  - fixed impossibility to retrieve information for a particular training run as an organizer that did not play a particular training run
  - options for filtering users on endpoints as get all users in a group or get all users not in a group implemented

Fix authorization for selected methods as getting the user by ids.

Fix debian rules file

In this release we fixed the following things:
  - pagination for roles
  - filtering for users and groups

* Created Pagination for the endpoint to obtain users with given ids.
* count queries fixed
* Generated icons
* Cors set as a primary filter
* Possibility to set allowedOrigins

Fix issues with cors spring bean postprocessing.

The pagination resources support filtering on the back-end.

Fix bug that users without family_name, given_name could not be logged in.

Add possibility to support multiple OIDC providers.

SSL support added.

Maximum session set to infinity for now. In future releases, it will be restricted.
