embedded git repo in CSC sanbox

The current version of CSC (2.0.0) generates subfolders of "preconfig" as git repositories, see the screen.

Even though the solution requires just to delete the .git file from the subfolder, for a user without knowledge of CSC inner behaviour it would be better dont't have to dig into the folders generated by it and think about what can/can't delete.
