Image build fails

CentOS archived its repositories for older versions (including 8.1) and refer to archive URLs at http://vault.centos.org/. Howe

Even though the URL to repos is changed at https://gitlab.ics.muni.cz/muni-kypo-images/centos-8.1/-/blob/master/http/ks.cfg#L2, installation of packages fails. The installation process can't download some packages and halts. Several runs ends with errors during downloading different packages.
