* All script now timeouts if the script runs too long
* Login functions is now moved to separate helper scripts

* Using auth_test against Masaryk University IdP and CESNET IdP
* Configuration for proxy_idp_auth_test.sh is in separate file proxy_idp_auth_test_config.sh

* Changed the script to test login via the host, from which is the script runs

* Added requirements for local script proxy_idp_auth_test.sh
