Create resource - vo search

• When creating a resource, it should be possible to filter vos also by short names. The short names should be also displayed next to the full names.
• The whole dialog should be wider so it is possible to fit the full names and short names.
• Also the filtration should not be done only to match the string from the beginning but anywhere.
