Side menu - divider

Not there is in side menu Vo tab with vo name and group tab with group name. In our local instance its not problem because these two tabs have different color, but on every production instance it will have same color(look on image). So the solution for this is make a divider - a thin line that would graphically divide these two tabs. Color for this divider please use some from the instance config that is already here(like color of the text in the tab).
