Member - groups

This page is already created in our gui. This page is for showing groups of member. This component for showing group is using component MemberGroupListComponent, but we already have component for group-list and according to me this MemberGroupListComponent is adding no new functinality and is here for nothing. Check if this is true and if it is delete this useless component and for showing groups use group-list. Also implement functionality for add and remove group in this page as it is in old gui.
