Make sidemenu and items in table do action when clicking on mouse wheel

Standard behaviour when clicking on some button is when you click on mouse wheel the new tab in web browser is opening with the content that was behind that button. That is not working in our application because our elements are not Please make a really BIG research(search in google) if you can make it work in our application, and if it is possible to do in our app do it.
