feat(admin): warnings and fixes when disconnecting last owner from service accout

Description

Modification of displaying warning when disconnecting last associated member from service account.

How to test

Find some service account, or create one with one last associated members (anonymized users does not matter) and try to disconnect it. Warning should appear according to if user that you are disconnecting is last or not.
