New name of VO propagates to member group description

Marek Hlávka requested to merge marekhlavka/STR-1565/vo_description_with_name_change_fix into main

Description

After updating VO name, its member group description is updated with this new name. Debatable is if this should`t be backend, but it make sense to me here, as these are essentially two separate tasks - update name and update description.

How to test

Simply run this branch on devel or local environment, choose any VO and change its name, description of its member group should be updated as well.
