Bundles modification to respect compliancy with prov backbone v2

I've created this branch from Tomas' repo and it seems that a few of his commits haven't been merged into the master, thus they're included in this MR.

As for my commit I've tried to change provenance backbone in all bundles to follow newer version of provenance backbone. I've also included .png files for you to more easily check their correctness.

Let me know, whether my modifications are correct!
