Resolve "Enable changing of network prefix when processing CYST configuration"
requested to merge 6-enable-changing-of-network-prefix-when-processing-cyst-configuration into master
Make a fixed set of IP ranges to build infrastructures from:
- 10.0.0.0/8 supernet for infrastructures
- 10.x.0.0/16 subnet for each infrastructure
Revert custom IP range definition change of Run start endpoint.
