Feat push prometheus metrics

Josef Němec requested to merge feat-push-prometheus-metrics into master

Scheduled tasks push metrics about last run and last successful run to prometheus pushgateway. Scheduled task does no longer use dind, docker is prepared in debian image, so that running python scripts is possible.
