Updated docker networking and machines

Jiří Rája requested to merge update-networking into master

Updated docker networking:

  • using static IPs
  • cryton_app is now cryton-core and contains apache and listener

Updated machine names and images (using ubuntu for the user machine, and Postgres for the DB we will use for data exfiltration)

Added inventory file containing IPs.
