fix: mkdocs-static-i18n 1.0.[45] not compatible with mkdocs-monorepo-plugin

  • fix: mkdocs-static-i18n 1.0.[45] not compatible with mkdocs-monorepo-plugin, sticking to last pre 1.0 version until solved upstream.
  • alternative approach !49 (closed) did not work
