Allow to create sandboxes by the 22.12 CRP instance configured to read another Gitlab than gitlab.ics.muni.cz

  1. Change protocol to HTTPS to provision without Git user - SSH requires a Git user in a Gitlab repo even though this repo is public now.
  2. Remove fix for logging at attacker - already solved in the logging role itself.
