Resolve "Solve the incompatibility with Python 3.6 and 3.7"

It seems that Jinja2 internally used reverse() on a dictionary, which is possible only since Python 3.8. The template is fixed, and CSC 2.0.0 is now compatible with Python >=3.7. A similar but more complicated issue appears with Python 3.6, which remains unresolved for now. Closes #87 (closed)
