Fix winrm connection to windows

Attila Farkas requested to merge 97-error-message-during-windows-10-image-provisioning into version-3.1.0

The connection to munikypo/windows-10 and munikypo/windows-server-2019 boxes should work now. However, there are still connection issues when using --ansible-installed. (Added to known issues.) Closes #97 (closed)
