Update ansible and python for qemu and vbox

Updated ISO image to 10.8, as 10.6 ISO image got removed in favor of jigdo.

The instance runner of GitLab ICS was upgraded. The runner now uses Kaniko for building images (learn more). In case of trouble, don't hesitate to contact it@muni.cz.
