Added new service for Zimbra mail server at VŠUP

  • Create, update and disable accounts in Zimbra using zmprov CLI tool.
  • In future, support delete account.
  • Expired or disabled users are switched to 'closed', banned to 'locked'.
  • Script prevents account creation on sync race condition in perun, hence expired users are not created or switched to 'active'.
