Minor changes to some perun slave scripts

  • add starting time of every running slave script
  • fix wrong indentation in perun base script
  • extends process of loging errors, now is there also an error from the command itself (not just slave script error)
  • modify behavior in fs_scratch and fs_scratch_local services to be able to continue from it's own failure and also change ACLs on scratch directories when there are any differencies
