Add new attribute vomsVoName to services voms and voms_dirac

  • new attribute vomsVoName can be set and it will override of using vo short name (which is still default for compatibility reasons)
  • change was made in both generating scripts voms and voms_dirac

IMPORTANT: new attribute must be created on instances where we want to use this new feature, but the service itself can work well even without it (same as before)
