feat(m365_cloud): Change source login attribute

  • Use optional login, so users without login do not block the propagation

  • DEPLOYMENT NOTE: This PR includes changes already set on EINFRA, no need for update there. Beware, that python 3.9 version is used on EINFRA specifically for send lib to work. Should the gen script be updated on EINFRA, perunDataGenerator needs to be updated to contain finalizeMemberUsersData method.
