feat(m365_cloud): revoke sessions of banned users

• internal and external accounts banned in Perun need to get disabled
• also sessions of internal users need to be revoked in that case

DEPLOYMENT NOTE: add user_facility isBanned attribute as required

How to test

Was already tested in production environment. Cannot be tested otherwise I think.
