chore(firewall): remove unused service

Service is no longer used and can be removed.

BREAKING CHANGE: Removed firewall service.

DEPLOYMENT NOTE: Remove firewall service from Perun instance and delete required attributes user:def:IPAddresses and resource:def:firewallRules.
