feat(du_info_export): add bucket quota attributes to export

• JSON structure now contains also bucket quota for each member/resource.

DEPLOYMENT NOTE: Add new bucket quota attributes and mark them required for du_info_export service.

How to test

Create required attributes, add them to du_info_export service as required. Set some quotas. Output file should contain relevant quotas.
