Description

fix: do not use switch feature of perl in perunServicesUtils.pm

  • "switch" feature was experimental at first, now with perl 5.38.2 it is deprecated so we get back to if/elsif/else.

How to test

Run some gen script on Ubuntu 24.04 or other newer distribution with Perl 5.38+. Previous script version fails with deprecation warning. New version doesn't a generates requested service data.
