feat(crm_ceitec): support new json api endpoints

Old SOAP API is no longer used, switch to new JSON API with the same functionality and basic-auth.

DEPLOYMENT NOTE: Remove authz file for SOAP endpoint from instance configuration.

How to test

This will require runtime local testing on production due to limited API access.

Other information

We can ditch old PHP SOAP call implementation if this and new API is in production.
