feat(pwdreset): option to set default namespace

Description

feat(pwdreset): option to set default namespace

• created new config option default_namespace to set default namespace
• in case no namespace was set in the url query, default namespace is used

DEPLOYMENT NOTE: It is now possible to set optional config property default_namespace for password reset application.

How to test

Can be tested locally by not specifying namespace in the URL query.
