Description

feat(admin): new role service account creator

  • new role that can create service accounts (members)
  • also refactored myProfile/service-identity
    • added groups, vos, attributes, bans and roles cards to the service user overview under my profile

How to test

Ideally test with an account only comprising of role SERVICEACCOUNTCREATOR for the given VO.
