Description

feat(admin): dialog windows to invite preapproved members

  • added the option to (bulk) invite preapproved members to groups
  • dialogs are similar to existing invite dialogs with some additional fields required for preapproved invites
  • updated openapi

How to test

Try to invite through both dialogs to a group of your choice (application form has to be set up). The emails really get sent, so be careful.
