fix(core): log last processed message ID in LDAPc and Auditlogger

• Log last processed message ID when LDAPc/Auditlogger are started so we know from where we start.
• Log last processed message ID when writing to the last state file fails.

How to test

run the component, see the message in the logs.

Other information

This should help us when something fills up the whole hdd and we can't write last state to the file (logging running in memory should still work so we can copy message id before clearing the space, rebooting the machine etc.).
