fix(core): proper fix for group structure sync

  • Removed old code introduced by a quickfix for the group struc sync.

How to test

run group structure synchronization which sets group attributes - it should work the same.

Other information

Current implementation is a quickfix for bug introduced during big refactor of peruns ExtSources. New implementation should backport original implementation, which should be more effective and cleaner.
