fix: heuristic queries left outer join instead just left
Description
The problem is if some data is missing, it is not included in a foreign database table, and in that case, select returns nothing; this fixes it.
How to test
update /etc/hosts: 147.251.18.44 id.muni.cz https://id.muni.cz/proxygui/heuristics and your perunUserID + some different logins (to have things in heuristic)
