WIP: New process filter CheckIsCesnetEligible.php

  • Added new process filter CheckIsCesnetEligible.php for checking, if user has valid attribute 'isCesnetEligibleLastSeen' (is not older than 12 months) and redirect user to an unauthorized page
  • https://github.com/CESNET/perunauthorize-simplesamlphp-module/pull/10 must be merged and the module perunauthorize must be released in version v2.1.0
