feat: EnsureVoAup

Description

The new SSP filter reads VO from the facility and checks if the user approved the AUP specified by the VO AUP configuration. If the user has not approved AUP yet, he will be redirected to group registration which represents the AUP.

How to test

• add 147.251.6.224 login.aai.lifescience-ri.eu to /etc/hosts
• change urn:perun:user:attribute-def:def:userAup:bbmri attribute on your lsaai user
• test on service: https://uptime.aai.lifescience-ri.eu/aup-manager/
