For #455

Now we are finally using the 2.x branch of the SAML2 library, which was also migrated to use namespaces. Even though the library provides an autoloader that allows loading the classes with the old names using class aliasing, we need to do the migration in one commit (at least for most part of it). This is due to the way SimpleSAMLphp checks data types, using inheritance to check objects agains abstract or more general classes. Even though class aliasing works, there's no way to replicate those relationships, and type checks that use the old class names will fail because the aliases are virtually new classes that don't inherit from others.

Export the new 'hide.from.discovery' option in the PHP metadata array when the "Hide From Discovery" REFEDS Entity Category is defined in the hosted IdP metadata.

Deprecate SimpleSAML_Utilities::getDefaultEndpoint().

Move SimpleSAML_Utilities::selfURLNoQuery() to SimpleSAML\Utils\HTTP::getSelfURLNoQuery() and deprecate the former.

Move SimpleSAML_Utilities:::getBaseURL() to SimpleSAML\Utils\HTTP::getBaseURL() and deprecate the former.

Move SimpleSAML_Utilities::requireAdmin() to SimpleSAML_Utils_Auth::requireAdmin(). Deprecate the former and stop using it.

Mark the old ones as deprecated and schedule them for removal in 2.0.

Migrate hosted IdP metadata to use the new getContact() helper function. Include also the contact information in SSP generated configuration. Honour contact configuration in hosted metadata, the same way as in hosted SP metadata. Solve #101.

Set WantAuthnRequestsSigned in the generated IdP XML metadata if validate.authnrequest or redirect.validate options are set in saml20-idp-hosted metadata (with that order of precedence). Fixes #43.

Full support for HTTP-POST binding in WebSSO profile. Two new directives in hosted metadata (SingleSignOnServiceBinding and SingleLogoutServiceBinding) to control the bindings published as supported in the metadata.

Bugfix in the logout handler (SOAP binding should be reused when responding a request).

This patch adds support parsing and generating metadata with the
mdui:UIInfo and mdui:DiscoHints elements.

Support for generating metadata with the extensions is added to the
SAML 2.0 IdP. It should also work through the metadata aggregator.

htmlentities uses the ISO-8859-1 charset by default, which breaks when
we are using UTF-8 data. It also emits entities that are invalid in XML.

This patch changes the metadata parsing and generation to use
OrganizationName, OrganizationDisplayName and OrganizationURL.

It also updates users of 'name' to check 'OrganizationDisplayName'
if 'name' is unset.

This patch implements support for sending responses to authentication
requests via the HTTP-Artifact binding. To enable, add
'saml20.sendartifact' => TRUE in saml20-idp-hosted metadata. The IdP
should then send HTTP-Artifact responses to SPs that request it.

Note that this requires a working memcache server.
