We remove the functionality to see all auth sources and to test them
publically. Testing the auth sources can be done inside the admin
module.

Added is a configuration option that allows the administrator to specfy
another place to redirect to for people who land on the front page.

Fix build as a side effect. When vimeo/psalm tries to resolve dependencies, it now fails with this.

Use InvalidArgumentException instead of SimpleSAML_Error_Exception when dealing with wrong input parameters.

Move SimpleSAML_Utilities::selfURL() to SimpleSAML\Utils\HTTP::getSelfURL() and deprecate the former.

Move SimpleSAML_Utilities::getAdminLoginURL() to SimpleSAML_Utils_Auth::getAdminLoginURL(). Deprecate the former and stop using it.

Move SimpleSAML_Utilities::requireAdmin() to SimpleSAML_Utils_Auth::requireAdmin(). Deprecate the former and stop using it.
