Fix build as a side effect. When vimeo/psalm tries to resolve dependencies, it now fails with this.

If we have an exception registered in the state array while authenticating, we should throw that exception instead of just printing it as plain text and exit. This resolves #401.

Move SimpleSAML_Utilities::selfURLNoQuery() to SimpleSAML\Utils\HTTP::getSelfURLNoQuery() and deprecate the former.

Only show it if this was a SAML authentication. Shown below the attributes
because the user is most likely more interested in those than in the NameId.
Reuses the present_attributes() function from the attributes table.

Restructured frontpage. Moved auth sourc test into core. Improved the portal module (started using it on the frontpage). frontpage hook is adjusted to fit new frontpage structure, and links updated.
