Large upgrade on the multilanguage support. It is not complete. Have to commit in two steps, because i need to move a lot of files.

Fixed the template of the metadata overview to use legal and unique ID attributes at the div elements by using base64 encoding of the header of the section concatenated with the entity ID. Also replacing '=' with '_' to be legal IDs.

Improved metadata overview page. Now you must click on an entity to show details. There is also an error icon, if something is wrong with an entity

Added the possibility for the logger to get the trackID it self... Temporary thing, we shuold rewrite and improve the logging class a bit.

Progress on the SAML 2.0 XML Meta data handler... Added a separate sipleXML parser, that I will reuse other places in the code.
