Bugfix/name id policy

Closes: #177

This is because some templates, e.g. errror, expect to be able to
include them. This fixes e.g. the No State error page.

Removed Subversion section, and added need for npm

If we version composer.lock, we should do the smae for package-lock.

Out of the box, installation needs running npm install too. Subversion instructions removed by indication of @thijskh

Remove last use of experience icons theme so we can remove it after the old templates have been removed.
