Update jQuery version to the latest 1.8.x. Make those templates specifying a version to stop doing it. This resolves #24, at least for some time.

Deprecate SimpleSAML_Default::initLogin() and move it to SimpleSAML_Auth_Source as a non-static method.

This class has been broken for several years, and we are not aware of
any users of it. Delete that class and any code instantiating that class.

Move SimpleSAML_Utilities:: redirectUntrustedURL() to SimpleSAML\Utils\HTTP:: redirectUntrustedURL() and deprecate the former.

Move SimpleSAML_Utilities:: redirectTrustedURL() to SimpleSAML\Utils\HTTP:: redirectTrustedURL() and deprecate the former.

Move SimpleSAML_Utilities::selfURLNoQuery() to SimpleSAML\Utils\HTTP::getSelfURLNoQuery() and deprecate the former.

Move SimpleSAML_Utilities::selfURL() to SimpleSAML\Utils\HTTP::getSelfURL() and deprecate the former.

Move SimpleSAML_Utilities::addURLparameter() to SimpleSAML\Utils\HTTP::addURLParameters() and deprecate the former.

Move SimpleSAML_Utilities::generateID() to SimpleSAML_Utils_Random::generateID(). Deprecate the former and schedule it for removal in 2.0.
