Optional preselect in multiauth source config

This has now been moved to the new admin module, and the template has been adjusted.

This way we can get rid of the custom "simplesaml_version" box, which doesn't scale well on smaller devices, and doesn't really take the entire width of its container.

It was broken in previous commits. It should always stick to the bottom of the page, unless the page is long enough to not fit in the screen, so then it should just be thrown after the end of the content.

It's a bug!

This way the code is closer to the resulting HTML, and we don't need to pass it through the "raw" filter afterwards to keep rendering the HTML.

We have some defaults, but now we can also pass the colors to the build script like this:
