Make the SimpleSAML_Error_Exception class suitable for serialization by
making it _not_ serialize the trace variable in the Exception class.

Serializing the trace-variable is problematic because it contains the
parameters to all function calls. This can make the exception very big.
This can also make the exception unserializable, if one of the
parameters is unserializable.

Remove the getAssertionBacktrace() function, which isn't used anywhere.
This function is also a bit misleading, since it doesn't actually return
the backtrace from where the assertion failed.

This patch adds an exception handler which will catch all unhandled
exceptions and display an error page to the user. It also adds a
handler for PHP errors and warnings. This handler will show a stacktrace
of the error, and then pass the error to the normal PHP error handler.
