Always bind with priv_user_dn if configured in validate as per Miguel Cabeça's patch. · ea04a6ea

Otherwise using validate for getting attributes (not authenticate eg. from cas)
would only bind with priv_user_dn when also searching for the dn was configured.

Adding a SIMPLESAML_INCPREFIX parameter before the inclusion of new files. This workaround was neccessary for university of oslo to make simplesamlphp work when ini_Set was not available.
