post.* has been added directly under assets for now, tried it
via webpack but this added a several times overhead to these
very small files, so this seemed the cleanest solution for now.
But might be improved upon.

It doesn't make much sense anyway. Makes the original templates harder to format, and browser developer tools can provide hierarchical indentation anyway. This allows us to save quite a few bytes per page, write cleaner templates, and forget about how it would look like in the resulting HTML.

This way we can forget about updating the copyright notice every year.

This is likely way more informative for the average person
clicking the link - and linking directly to github only
stimulates people asking help questions in issue tracker.

- After adding padding and margin to the paragraph the footer was
no longer working properly.
- Paragraph in the footer changes to a div.

-change copyright color according to updated stylesheet.

- 3 main elements: header, content and footer.
- Header expects a logo on one corner and the language dropdown-
  menu on the other corner.
- Footer sticks to the bottom of the page if there is no content, but
  is pushed to end of the page when content exceeds window height.
- Default.css is reordered.
- Changes are device-responsive and rtl-responsive.

Fixed footer at the bottom in fixed position. (+1 squashed commit)
