fix: 馃悰 Fix response types

Fix adds all possible response types combinations to keep compatibility with the standard as well as with the CESNET's MitreID implementation. Until the MitreID is fixed, we have to keep i.e. the non-standard value "token id_token", instead of "id_token token".
