Draft: update Univoice to new version

Adding the new UniVoice to the project. Main differences from the previous versions:

  • No ChatroomAgent: There has been a fundamental change in how a chat session handles connections.
  • OOTB Mirror support
  • merging of different repos into one

This all needs to be worked in to interface with edive. The problem is, I don't see a Univoice Peer object or equivalent, being created. In this MR see a dummy peer object. I was hoping for it to be created by the MirrorServer and MirrorClient, but nothing seems to be created at the moment.

When a user joins, we want an audio output object to be assigned to the position of the correct user avatar. We want it to have spatial sound and for the sound to not degrade.
